Officers
Executive Board
The Executive Board manages all of the association’s affairs except those requiring approval by the board of directors. Texas REALTORS® officers, regional vice presidents, and appointees comprise the Executive Board.
Board of Directors
Members of the Board of Directors are elected by their local associations and are responsible for amending the association’s bylaws, electing officers, approving expenditures from general reserves that exceed 10% of the annual budget, approving the association’s strategic plan, approving an increase in membership dues, and defining regional boundaries.

More than 20 member-run committees help direct the association’s activities in a wide range of areas.
