The Code of Ethics outlines a REALTOR®’s obligations to clients, colleagues, and the general public. Anyone who believes a REALTOR® has violated the Code of Ethics may file a complaint.

New members must complete a Code of Ethics new-member orientation program within the first year of REALTOR® membership. Some local associations may require completion in a shorter time frame.
