Review and determine if ethics complaints or arbitration requests warrant a hearing, conduct hearings and make decisions on matters involving ethics or arbitration.
Prior to service on the association’s Professional Standards Committee, an individual is required to have served for at least one year on the Grievance Committee and/or Professional Standards Committee at their local association or the state association’s Professional Standards Committee and must be recommended by their local association.

Professional Standards Coordinating Subcommittee
The Professional Standards Coordinating Committee is composed of the current year’s chair, vice chair, member liaison, the immediate past chair, one RCA appointee, one Property Management appointee, and six appointees selected by the state association leadership team.
