Nick Lamarre is a Dallas-based real estate agent with Pegasus Realty, specializing in residential and small multi-family properties.
Growing up in Rockwall, TX Nick has always had a strong connection with the DFW area and attended Heritage Christian Academy through grade school. He later graduated cum laude from Texas Tech with a degree in Business as well as obtained is MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Nick works with clients across the Dallas area to buy, sell, and evaluate real estate opportunities, providing clear guidance and a straightforward approach throughout the transaction process.
In addition to representing clients, Nick is an active real estate investor who has built and manages a personal portfolio of residential investment properties. His hands-on experience—from acquisition and underwriting to renovation and leasing—gives him practical insight into what drives property performance and long-term value.
Prior to real estate, Nick spent over a decade in consulting and client management roles within the benefits and insurance industry, where he led client engagements, developed performance frameworks, and managed cross-functional initiatives. This background brings a structured, analytical approach to every transaction.
