About Me

Hello!
At JP Inspection Services our goal is to provide comprehensive real estate inspections with the utmost quality and value; and provide the best customer service experience possible!

 We provide residential, commercial, phase (during construction) inspections.

We also provide additional services such as:
Thermal scoping of insulation to ensure efficiency and to locate troubled areas.
Contracted termite and other pest inspections
Contracted sewer system inspections.

A little about our founder,
My name is Justin Powell, and I’m a licensed professional real estate inspector and the founder and owner of JP Inspection Services.
I also work as a defense contractor for the military and I’m a U.S. Navy veteran. I started in this industry because I wanted to transition from service to my country to service to my community and intern be able to spend more quality time with my family.

As for hobbies, I am an avid adventurer, travelling all over the world as well as a bit of an outdoorsman and most importantly spending quality time with my wife and daughter.

As a Defense contractor I have worked many roles, from operator, to weapons system trainer, to my current role as a network-systems engineering and implementation manager.

With the years I’ve spent working in the most hostile environments imaginable I’ve learned that attention to detail and communication is paramount and deploy this in every inspection and customer interaction we encounter!
