About Me
Sole proprietor of Good Home Inspection. I’ve been inspecting residential and commercial properties since 1996. My custom narrative reports are the type of tool you need in this competitive market. And being the president of Lone Star ASHI gives me some unique qualifications that would be a good fit in any market.
I’ve been a TREC approved instructor for Inspectors and Agents COR and CEU’s. I’ve taught inspectors’ CEU classes for Lone Star ASHI, I’ve also taught numerous ‘non-approved’ but informative classes for NT-TARIE.
From historical to experimental, and everything in-between, I’ve inspected houses all over North Texas for over 20 years. I’m equally proud that I’ve been a good mentor to dozens of new inspectors.
