Christopher Perez has been an active member of his real community since his adolescence and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.

With a passion for service in the Longview area, Christopher Perez is ready to help with your home-buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the East Texas Preferred Properties family, Christopher Perez carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does.

Christopher plans to utilize his extensive experience working in the customer service industry to help better serve his clients to ensure their goals and needs are met. Christopher also has a bachelor’s degree in Finance, which he plans to utilize to help clients better understand real estate market trends and the importance of understanding how funding works.

When Christopher Perez isn’t making homeownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time golfing and playing with his dog Arlie. Christopher also intends to further his education by obtaining a master’s degree to help further his education within the Real Estate and Finance industry.
