Paul McCleary is an accomplished business professional with over 35 years of experience in the commercial real estate development / design / construction industry. He excels at strategic planning and critical thinking, and possesses a strong track record of successfully building competent teams and long-lasting business relationships.

Paul’s career in the real estate industry spans 35 years and includes progressively senior roles in marketing, business development, and special projects.

As SVP of Business Development at Medistar Corporation, Paul helped the company identify, pursue and close on 2+ billion dollars of medical and mixed-use developments in Texas and Arizona, highlighted by 2 million square feet at Texas A&M Innovation Plaza (Houston, TX) and 1 million square feet at Central Station (Phoenix, AZ).

In 2022 Paul joined his bride, Cheryl McCleary, GRI, ABR, DRSAgent to help her build and diversity her residential real estate business within Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties.

Paul is a native Houstonian, a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and BioHouston, and a Life Member of the Texas Exes. He is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin (BA, 1987) and the University of St. Thomas (MBA, 1994).
