About Me

Caroline started her career as a Management Consulting Analyst with Accenture, where she specialized in corporate communications and change management. She leverages these skills to provide her real estate clients with a seamless process buying and selling homes. She is prepared to explain complicated subjects clearly and skillfully negotiate on behalf of her clients, helping them manage change during seasons of transition with both empathy and grit.

Caroline approaches every situation with attention to detail and an eye for design. As a Certified Home Marketing Specialist, she is trained to stage and market homes to maximize buyer interest so her sellers can earn top dollar. A designer at heart with a certificate from Parsons New School of Design under her belt, she sees houses for what they can be and uses SketchUp to create 3D models to help buyers and sellers visualize their potential before assembling crews to bring that potential to life. Over the years, she has developed a vast network of skilled craftsmen in Fort Worth with whom she connects her clients and friends. She is no stranger to the remodel process – she and her husband renovated the 1940s Crestwood cottage they share with their Bernese Mountain Dog and rescue cat.

In her free time, Caroline creates recipes using ingredients she grows in her garden, practices yoga, and plays golf. She serves on the Art Show Committee within Briggs Freeman, is an Ambassador for Trinity Habitat for Humanity, and is actively involved in her church. She is fluent in both English and Spanish, and she finds great joy in helping fellow transplants get settled in Texas. She is a fifth-generation Californian who has called Texas home her entire adult life. An avid football fan, she knew she wanted to attend college at a big sports school with a good business program, and she decided on Texas A&M. When she wasn’t cheering on the Aggies, she studied Marketing at Mays Business School and was a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. Today, she serves as Treasurer of the Fort Worth Theta Alumnae Chapter and is a member of the 12th Man Foundation and Century Club.

Caroline lived in the Oak Lawn and Knox-Henderson neighborhoods in Dallas after college but fell in love with Fort Worth visiting her younger sister at TCU. When she married a Fort Worth native, it was an easy decision for them to plant roots in what they believe is the greatest city in Texas! Caroline is proud to call Fort Worth home and eager to help English- and Spanish-speakers achieve their real estate goals across the DFW Metroplex.
