Jen Genereau worked in multifamily for 7 years as a leasing agent, and was an HOA secretary and treasurer and landlord before getting her real estate license and becoming a REALTOR®. In the past 12 months, she has been a party to 19 closed real estate transactions, with two currently pending, many of which were as part of a top producing team. She loves helping investors, veterans, and first time home buyers to acquire property. Jen’s vision is to build generational wealth through real estate, and to help others along the way!

At work, she is experienced in negotiating thousands of dollars off for buyers, Jen loves working with investors, including those doing house flips, buying and holding, or AirBNBs. She also loves helping people buying their first or subsequent home(s) to achieve their dreams!
