Originally from Colombia, Herman moved to Houston, Texas where he was raised at the age of 3. As a highly revered Houston resident, this has given him an opportunity to build an extensive network & form close relationships with local business owners & residents. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he spent 15 years in diverse executive roles within the realms of marketing & operational management in both the public & private sectors. During his tenure, he assembled & expanded teams, connected & engaged brands with customers, & assisted in real estate acquisitions & dispositions – where his passion for the business evolved.
