About Me
Hi There! My name is Latoya Toliver. I am from New Orleans, Louisiana but I’ve lived in Houston for more than half of my life. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences. I am newly married with no children, just our fur baby!
Before transitioning into real estate I worked in the medical field for five years. Like many others I’ve been in the work force since a teenager, and what I’ve taken from that is the true meaning of customer service. It’s important to me that my clients’ experience is easy, enjoyable, and stress free from start to finish. I’ve also learned that the most important thing you can ever give to someone is your time. While I’ve only been in real estate for a short period of time, I can assure my clients that they will have my undivided attention from the time they contact me to the time they receive the keys to their new home.
Aside from real estate I love to cook, trying new recipes and perfecting those of my elders. I enjoy working out, spending time with family and friends and traveling the world with my husband.
