About Me
Kenneth Etuokwu is a compassionate and results-oriented REALTOR® with an unwavering devotion to serve people and his community to the best of his abilities. Ever since he personally purchased a home in Richmond, Texas in 2006, he developed a love for real estate and went on to help friends and family through their respective home buying processes, including building a home for his parents. To Kenneth, real estate is not just a symbol of achievement and safety, it is freedom redefined. Kenneth emigrated from Nigeria to the U.S. in 1998, driven by the desire to realize the American Dream. In addition to his academic background with a Bachelor’s in Nursing Science and a Graduate Degree in Business Administration from Texas Woman’s University, Kenneth has worked in various capacities as a Registered Nurse in Houston’s Finest including managing diverse client situations across multicultural backgrounds and ethnicities. Having also managed employees and developed successful policies and processes, he is recognized for delivering positive outcomes and customer satisfaction, an experience which he proudly provides his real estate clients as well.
Through professional representation, genuine guidance, and solid advocacy, Kenneth is determined to ensure his clients’ interests are at the forefront at all times. Whether working with first time or existing buyers, sellers, or investors, he leverages his local market insights, industry savviness, and a wealth of tools and resources to surpass expectations. Kenneth is husband to a very beautiful, creative, and supporting spouse and a very proud father of 2 amazing young men. His favorite pastime is traveling with family every summer across the U.S. and Canada.
