Monica Lucio is a native San Antonian who loves her city. She started her Real Estate career as a Transaction Coordinator and Listing Manager, then worked her way to become a licensed agent. She has worked with clients in all areas of San Antonio, bringing with her an ability to problem-solve and negotiate as she came from a background in debt collections and customer service. Monica believes in direct and honest communication. Although she approaches every situation with compassion and empathy, you can expect her to be reliable, knowledgeable, and transparent, yet always respectful. Monica is also a certified Historic Home specialist who holds a comprehension of not only older homes but new construction as well. Family and God are most important to Monica. She has 2 adult children and two twin grandchildren. You can usually find her on the city park trails or volunteering in the City Church bookstore on Sundays.
