Driven and passionate, Debbie Villasana is a problem solver. “One of my purposes in life is to help people succeed and contribute to their happiness,” says the Greenwood King Properties Realtor Associate.
Debbie is a first-generation American from a real estate family in Mexico who continues the family business tradition here in Texas; operating with integrity, honesty, and a focus on building relationships. Formerly a litigation paralegal in the personal injury field, Debbie knows that privacy is paramount and clear communication is required in any business situation.
Debbie works with clients in all age groups and stages of their lives, concentrating mainly on residential resale, new construction homes, condominiums, and townhomes. She maintains an up-to-date Linked-In page which often serves as a source for her growing local and global network of loyal clients.
Debbie graduated from Memorial High School and earned a degree in Management and International Business from the University of Houston – Downtown. When not selling real estate, Debbie enjoys playing the piano, jogging and sailing. Bi-lingual, she volunteers with United We Dream, a non-profit immigration organization, drafting legal forms for DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) students.
