About Me

Juan, a native Texan, has lived in the Dallas/Fort Worth are for over 30 years and recently returned to this area after over 20 years in The Woodlands/Houston area. Juan is in his second career after practicing public accounting full time since graduating from college in 1986 and leaving his last firm in Houston as a partner in 2019. Juan relocated to the metroplex to be near family and to grow his interest in real estate, as he has been an investor for over 20 years. Juan’s client service in public accounting exposed him to various levels of real estate working with large and small real estate developers and contractors.

Juan enjoys helping clients through the real estate consulting experience with a friendly personality, open communication, straight talk and up lifting support. Juan enjoys difficult challenges and looks to find the best outcome in various situations to benefit his clients. He has been considered trustworthy with sensitive client information for years and brings that level of trust into real estate. Juan has been described as considerate, compassionate and accepting of others.

Juan has been married for over 34 years to his wife Melaine, they have two children and one grandchild. Juan has enjoyed DIY projects since he was a little boy often helping his dad around the house where he developed many of his skills sets with renovation. Juan enjoys walking/jogging, volunteering, and lending a hand when possible. Juan’s current efforts are in helping with Trinity Habitat for Humanity Builds for new homeowners.

Juan attended the University of North Texas in Denton with a master’s and bachelor’s degrees in accounting. Juan is a licensed real estate agent and certified public accountant in the state of Texas.

Juan’s core areas of emphasis are in the westside of the metroplex including Colleyville, Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine, Keller and North Richland Hills, Saginaw, Haslet, and north Fort Worth.
