About Me

Hi, my name is Letitia Horace. I was born and raised in Jacksonville, Texas but I have spent the last 15 years living in Denver, Colorado. I am a wife and mother of two sons. While living in Denver, I started my career in the affordable housing industry. I was the COO for a nonprofit affordable housing developer whose mission was to provide service-enriched affordable housing. And for more than 7 years, I was the Director of Operations for Habitat for Humanity of Colorado whose mission was to help Habitat Affiliates gain access to the resources they needed to enable them to provide affordable homeownership opportunities for their respective communities. In 2018, my family and I relocated to Jacksonville, Texas. Since moving here I have obtained my Real Estate Sales Agent license and I feel my niche market is helping those of low to moderate income achieve the dream of owning a home affordably and well within their financial means.
