Kate Youman is a 5th-generation Texan proud to have grown up in Austin. Real Estate is in her blood. Daughter of one of Austin’s first female Real Estate entrepreneurs and a world-class architect, Kate is intimately versed in the art of finding beautiful living spaces and lots in Austin’s iconic and up-and-coming neighborhoods.

Kate places great value on the strong sense of community she has established and the commitment to empowering and nurturing people to live life to their fullest potential. Kate began working in a real estate office as an assistant at the age of 16. After college, she began listing and selling residential homes, lots, ranches, and lakefront property in Austin and the surrounding hill country, as well as in Denver, Colorado.

Kate values her connections in Austin’s social and business communities. Her long history of local philanthropic involvement has included The Junior League, The Helping Hand Home for Children, Any Baby Can, KLRU’s Producer’s Circle, Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center, Communities for Recovery, Eanes Education Foundation, University of Texas’ charter school – University High School, and more.
