About Me

I live in the Tyler area on Lake Palestine. I’ve been in the Real Estate industry since 1996, starting as a Mortgage Loan Officer in Tucson, AZ., for about 5 years. My wife Shari and I started a Real Estate Development and Investing business in March of 2003 near Austin, TX, and we’ve been active in the industry ever since. We specialized in Commercial Real Estate, but also bought & sold many Residential properties, as well as converting some to commercial via the change-of-use process. In 2015 we sold all our holdings in the Austin, TX., area and moved to East Texas (near Tyler), where I obtained my Real Estate license. I’ve held General Contractors licenses in four states, including a Builders License in Texas. I decided to become a Texas REALTOR® because I enjoy helping people into the home or investment of their dreams; I enjoyed it as a loan officer, and now I’m enjoying the real estate business as a licensed Real Estate Agent.

Shari Carmody Greene, is my amazing wife, partner and assistant. We have teenage twins, Jilyan and Hudson; Hudson attends Marine Military Academy (in Harlingen, TX), and Jilyan attends Cumberland Academy High School, in Tyler.

I have attended training through Texas REALTORS where I obtained the designations of GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and TACS (Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist). I’m also a licensed Private Pilot, and have previously been licensed in four states as a General Contractor (NOTE: this does NOT make me qualified to perform home inspections), including being a Registered Builder through the Texas Residential Construction Commission (now defunct).
