LaVonne has gone through extensive training and has a plethora of knowledge about the real estate transaction process. She vows to never stop expanding the foundation she has built with her real estate career so that she can provide her clients with the best experience possible. She owns rental properties and has rehab experience. LaVonne specializes in helping clients buy, sell, invest and lease residential properties.

Some of LaVonne’s awards and accomplishments include: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, real estate certificate of completion from Cedar Valley College, and she is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist (CHMS).

Prior to real estate, LaVonne was active in the mortgage business for sixteen years. During her first eight years, LaVonne worked as a Loan Officer and then became a Net Branch Broker. The past eight years, LaVonne has worked in Secondary Marketing as a Product Development Manager (PDM) writing FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines. During the later part of her PDM career, she wrote Conventional and Bond product guidelines. Also, LaVonne has also taught mortgage banking classes for Dallas County Community College (North Lake campus) for twelve years.
