Charlotte Oldbury brings to the real estate community her passion for life, determination to excel at any task, and a friendly disposition that just makes business more pleasant. Early in her career, she completed numerous training courses to broaden her understanding of the ever-changing real estate industry including achieving the highly acclaimed Graduate, REALTOR Institute designation. She’s an accomplished fitness junkie, personal trainer, sponsored athlete, bodybuilding competitor and has even been featured in several magazines including Oxygen. Her years as a legal assistant give her an edge in understanding the importance of timeliness and properly executed documents. A lifelong Texas girl, Charlotte married her high school sweetheart 26 years ago and currently resides near Houston. They have three daughters and one granddaughter. When not with her family, she enjoys exercising (obviously lol), traveling, reading, crocheting, playing piano, learning how to throw a frisbee, laughing at The Office, or eating a hamburger because hamburgers are life.
