As local Real Estate Agents, Sarah and Stephen George know quite a bit about what makes Austin tick. From the incredible views of the Hill Country to the urban quirkiness of East Austin, the area has a little something for everyone. Sarah and Stephen knew the moment they settled in Austin that it was HOME. They were immediately amazed by the friendliness of the people and the limitless opportunities Austin provides.

“The first time we came here, we thought this is what opportunity looks like. You can do anything here”, said Stephen. This sentiment is at the core of what they’re all about – helping their clients find the home that makes them feel most alive. For Sarah and Stephen, Austin’s Hill Country has filled that bill as they have developed a deep appreciation and sense of responsibility to build their legacy there.

While both grew up in the same small town of Gilroy, CA, they come from different backgrounds and both took unconventional paths to get to where they are now.

Educational and Professional Background

Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandise Marketing from an International school based in London. For Sarah, a creative outlook plays a vital role in real estate. Her college experience and education gave her the tools to see the importance of staying up to date on industry trends, a great design eye (which comes in handy with sellers for staging), and an understanding for the need of quick responses. She went on to work in hotel event planning and retail development/buying; adding top notch organizational tools, strong negotiation tactics and excellent communication skills to her skillset. As a real estate professional Sarah’s education is never complete. She is currently working on her Brokers License and recently completed multiple designation courses.

Stephen graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UC Davis. He began his career working in the fast-paced world of international finance. He eventually moved into the technology industry working for top companies including Intuit, Atlassian and Amazon. With his education and career background, Stephen takes an analytical approach to real estate. With a date driven mindset and a high-level view of the market, his goal is to help clients make smart real estate decisions. His ambition to excel in the real estate industry combined with his integrity and honesty make him an asset to his clients. His experience working with people of various backgrounds has helped him develop a strong cultural awareness and understanding, allowing him to really understand client needs.

Sarah and Stephen have two fun and active children, Neha and Noah. These two love animals, sports, and having fun with their friends.

When they aren’t busy shuttling the kids around for basketball and travel softball, they like to spend their free time exploring new places in and around Austin. They also love trying new restaurants on date night outings. You can usually find Sarah and Stephen hanging out with neighbors, cocktail in hand, while all the neighborhood kids play together outside.

The family currently has five fun pets: Dexter their sweet lab mix dog, Spotty their leopard gecko, two Cuban tree frogs (Bob and Felicia – Noah’s pets) and two rats (Star and Moon – Neha’s pets). Full zoo coming soon. ????
