Michael Samuels is a Texas Broker/REALTOR® and President & Co-Founder of Global Capital Realty, serving clients throughout Austin and the Central Texas region. His professional background spans residential real estate, commercial real estate, land development, investment analysis, property management, valuation strategy, negotiation, and real estate asset advisory.

Before co-founding Global Capital Realty, Michael served as Vice President of Acquisitions for a land development company, 4 Fortis, where he evaluated acquisition opportunities, development feasibility, site positioning, investment risk, and long-term asset value. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas A&M University, which supports his data-driven approach to pricing, underwriting, market analysis, and client strategy.

Michael’s practice includes residential seller representation, buyer advisory, commercial transactions, raw land and development opportunities, investor underwriting, lease analysis, seller-financed transaction strategy, property valuation, and strategic asset positioning. He works with homeowners, investors, business owners, developers, and families who need clear guidance through high-stakes real estate decisions.

Michael has also held extensive leadership roles within the real estate industry and broader community, including service as NAHREP Austin Chapter President, NAHREP Austin Founding Board Member, NAHREP Mountain Region Corporate Board of Governors Co-Chair, Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program graduate, ABOR Diversity Committee Member, HOWTO Board Member, AREAA Greater Austin Commercial & Education Director, and Texas REALTORS® Commercial Committee Member.
