About Me
Chad McLaren is a Realtor specializing in Land, Ranches, and Recreational properties. Chad got his start in the real estate business at a young age with his family investing in rural fix and flip properties. Over the years Chad has focused on property investment and improvement ranging from single-family homes to large acreage farms and ranches.
Born and raised in Texas, Chad has always had a passion for the outdoors and wildlife. An avid hunter and fisherman himself, in college he worked as a hunting guide for elk and hog hunts while gaining knowledge of conservation and wildlife habitats. Chad likes to spend his free time in the outdoors camping, hunting, fishing and working on his family’s ranches in Milam and Bastrop Counties.
Chad graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelors Degree in International Business where he also started working in the Real Estate industry as a Broker Associate with United Country Real Estate selling Colorado Land and Ranches. Chad also earned a Master’s Degree in Agribusiness from Texas A&M University with a focus on US Cattle and Beef markets. Chad is a member of Ducks Unlimited, the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation and the National Association of Realtors.
