About Me

I’ve lived and worked in the Texoma area since 1980 and have been self employed most of my adult life, creating my strong work ethic. I purchased my first home in early 90’s at a foreclosure auction and made my first flip in my early 20s before flipping was a thing. This created a passion and began my career as a builder and investor. Real Estate is about being adaptable and after the crash of 2008, I quickly turned to rental properties and purchasing foreclosures.

Having worked all areas of real estate, I ultimately got my Real Estate license in 2015 and now serve the expansive Texoma area in North Texas and Southern Oklahoma. I have the pleasure of working with a well respected, knowledgable local broker from our community who represents the ERA franchise with pride. Being part of a global brand creates a stronger competitive advantage for our clients.

My experience, directness, and transparency allows me to work closely with buyers, sellers, investors, builders and developers. I take pride in my work and it shows in my compelling listing marketing and expert negotiation skills.
