Steve, a native of Arizona, has lived in Texas since 1969 and grew up in the outlying areas of Waller and Harris counties, where he developed a lasting love and understanding of rural communities and the countryside, that surrounds them. Steve graduated from Texas A&M University in 1979 with a Bachelors Degree in Philosophy.

He has been a licensed commercial realtor since 2014 and is the managing director for KW Commercial Energy Corridor, which is a commercial arm for KW Memorial-Houston.
