Texas REALTOR®: Kelsie Rasure

I began my real estate career in 2011, first as a marketing specialist and then as a licensed assistant. Soon after, I practiced as an individual agent and then moved on to a leadership role, coaching and training other agents. I obtained my Brokers license and started my team, RISE Real Estate Group, in 2019. Most recently I have obtained my Qualifying Education Provider license and look forward to teaching and growing new real estate agents. My focus now is growing in leadership at both the local and state levels and I look forward to being a part of shaping our industry and community.

About Me

While some kids wanted to be a doctor or teacher when they were growing up, I always wanted to be a real estate agent. I began my career at 19 and never looked back. I have worked in almost every facet of the business, from taking listing photos to coaching multi-million dollar producers.

I am honored to be the 2022 Secretary-Treasurer for the Permian Basin Board of REALTORS and the President of The Midland Rainbow Room, an emergency resource room used to help the needs of abused and/or neglected children and families in crisis.

One of my greatest joys is to be the Broker Associate/Owner of RISE Real Estate Group and I cherish the opportunity to provide an elevated real estate experience.
