Margo rejoined the real estate business in 2011 – this time, as a realtor in Austin Texas. Her experience over the years gives her a clear perspective on what works and what doesn’t when buying, selling, investing and leasing in the changing real estate market.

About Me

Margo Fesas has had a life long passion for real estate investment. Beginning in her childhood, Margo worked alongside her mother and brother buying, renovating, selling and leasing residential properties in California. Throughout those years, she learned the ins and outs of the business at her mother’s side. Margo bought her first home when she was 22 and has been buying, renovating, managing and selling properties ever since.
In the mid 90’s, with the birth of her first child, Margo moved to Austin and took a hiatus from the business to raise her family. Four wonderful children later, she rejoined the real estate business – this time, as a realtor in Austin Texas. Her experience over the years gives her a clear perspective on what works and what doesn’t when buying, selling, and leasing in the changing real estate markets. Margo is a dedicated professional with a commitment to lifelong learning. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Austin Board of Realtors.
