About Me

Tom Saenz was born and raised in Corpus Christi,TX. He is a graduate of Corpus Christi Carroll High School, Corpus Christi State University, and Sam Houston State University. In 2007, he began taking real estate classes and received his license late in 2008.

In 2009, he got his real estate start with Rick Gomez of Gomez Properties. It was while at Gomez Properties he received the training in Buyer Agency that would become the foundation for www.tomsaenz.com. In 2010, he had the pleasure of meeting Jean Marie Giegerich and, in 2011, he moved over to The Place of Houses where he furthered his real estate career under the mentorship of Jean Marie Giegerich.

Tom Saenz has been with Weichert, Realtors-The Place of Houses for 10 years and specializes in both Residential and Land Sales. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, a Master’s Degree in Counseling with Special Emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. He is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute (GRI) and has specialized training as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®). In addition, he holds certificates in both Broker Price Opinion Resource (BPOR) and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®).
