Daniel C. Eng CCIM, CPM ® is the Broker owner of We Partners, LLC and the partner of ENGVEST Group | eXp Commerical which provides a level of unparalleled service to meets its CRE clients needs. Daniel’s affiliation with T.K. Eng & Associates Investments Group, Inc. & GE Management Co. are the family companies that have been established since the early 80 s and have brought a lot of knowledge and experience to his 2 companies Born and raised in Dallas, Texas as an Asian American, his family roots date from Chinese immigrants since the late 1800 s to build railroads in the US. Daniel s father, T.K. Eng emigrated from Hong Kong in the mid 1950 s where he later on established the real estate foundation for the Eng family. Growing up watching and learning from his father, Daniel gained an interest in Commercial Real Estate Brokerage & Management at an early age. Daniel graduated in 2001 from Franklin University Switzerland with a BA in International Banking and Finance and started his career & passion in Commercial Real Estate. He has served on Board of Trustees for his College for 3 years and is still active in the College s Alumni Association. He was the 2016 Past President for AREAA DFW Chapter , and past Director for Dallas CCIM Cultural Diversity Chapter , past IREM Membership committee and continues to serve open the NTCAR Board.
