About Me

Doug is a father to two beautiful girls and husband to his college girlfriend, Rebecca. Since graduation at Abilene Christian University, he has marketed and sold some of the most luxurious homes in Texas. Starting at Tapatio Springs in Boerne, Doug began his career in new home marketing & sales. After and introduction to the development business, The Duncan Family moved to Lubbock, Texas where he relaunched his career. Within 5 years, Doug was CEO of the city’s largest brokerage and 4 years later he managed 9 offices, almost 800 agents, two title companies and a real estate licensing school. The time to step down and sell his interests came and Doug was baptized as a Christ follower at the age of 34. Doug Duncan moved his business to a local boutique real estate firm where he became Vice President of Real Estate for Commercial & Residential Sales. In serving his personal clients, friends and family, Doug now leads a small team of REALTORS and administrative staff at Keller Williams Realty.
