About Me

Faye Powell is an independent Texas broker who partners with both corporate and private clients to execute sales, marketing and management strategies. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Faye knows the level of professionalism and dedication it takes to deliver on her clients’ expectations for success.

Faye has handled all aspects of real estate from property renovations, construction management, and staging to market analyses, contract negotiations and sales closings.

An innovative and dynamic member of the real estate community, Faye has been active with the National, Texas, and Houston Associations of Realtors since 2005, and in 2008 founded HAR’s NextGeneration Realtors Advisory Group, a committee devoted to the mentoring and professional development of Houston sales agents under the age of 40.

Faye earned bachelor’s degrees in Art History and English from the University of Houston. She holds certifications in Property Management, Residential Site Valuation & Cost Approach, Appraisal V, Construction, Investment Strategy, and Inspections.
