About Me

Since 2004 I have helped thousands of people with home valuations, property assessments, real estate consulting and much more. Besides working with traditional real estate transactions, my expertise involves helping home sellers and buyers through divorces, estate sales, homes in trust, properties with difficult comparable sales or “no comps”, townhouses, condo’s, waterfront properties, unrestricted purchases, land sales and much more. I have closed over 700 real estate transactions that involve buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords. Each transaction comes with its own set of challenges & opportunity for me to help a client different than before.
