With more than 22 years of real estate experience, Brandy Wuensch has built a reputation as a trusted advisor, community leader, and advocate for her clients throughout Cedar Park, Leander, and the surrounding Northwest Austin area. As a past President of the Austin Board of REALTORS® (ABOR) and former broker-owner of a successful brokerage with nearly 300 agents, Brandy brings a depth of industry knowledge, leadership, and local expertise that few agents can match.

A native Austinite, Brandy was born and raised in the area, graduated from Westwood High School, and proudly calls Cedar Park home. With deep roots in the community and her husband serving as an assistant principal at Westwood High School, she offers firsthand knowledge of the schools, neighborhoods, and local lifestyle that many families value when choosing where to live.

Today, Brandy focuses on helping buyers and sellers navigate life’s transitions, whether they’re relocating to the area, purchasing their first home, moving up to accommodate a growing lifestyle, or downsizing for their next chapter. She is especially passionate about serving educators, healthcare professionals, first responders, active families, dog lovers, runners, and sports enthusiasts.
