Cheryl Clark is a member of The Real Estate Gals Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. She holds a BBA in Finance/Real Estate from Texas Tech University and completed the TTU School of Banking. Cheryl began her career in the mortgage banking business. After 17 years as a loan officer, underwriter, compliance offer, & branch manager for a couple of lending institutions, Cheryl received her real estate license. She has been actively engaged in real estate sales since 2003.

About Me

I was born and raised in West Texas. Having lived in the Texas Panhandle for over 30 years, I have a great love for it and, especially, it’s people. I have been married to A. Gordon Clark, a remarkable man, for nearly 35 years. He is also a Texas Tech Graduate and Realtor. As a member of The Real Estate Gals Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, I am committed to exceptional client services. My prior 15+ years of mortgage banking experience is a tremendous benefit to my real estate clients as well as my continued commitment to education and learning. I have earned the coveted CRS designation along with ABR, e-PRO, GRI, and SRS designations which have given me many “tools” to help me better represent and serve my clients. I love helping folks find THE home that makes their eyes light up! I also am determined and equipped to market properties in a manner as to get a maximum return on my client’s investments. I am truly blessed to work in an industry that I love!
