Tanci is an experienced REALTOR® having served the Grayson County and North Texas area since becoming licensed in 2003. Treating each transaction with attentiveness as if it were her own, Tanci can’t help caring for and resourcefully shepherding her clients through the buying and selling process. She strives to act with fairness and respect, soften tensions, guide clients through surprises, and place her clients’ interests above all.

About Me

Tanci met her husband, Mike, while taking flying lessons in the early 90s at the Grayson County Airport, as it was known at the time. Along with their two boys, Michael and Skyler, the Cuthbertsons make their home in rural Grayson county. They homeschooled their boys for the past 5 years as well as having served as coaches for the Frog Pond Academy Homeschool Archery team.

Tanci is always doing. When she’s not assisting clients, you can find her volunteering with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep as a remembrance photographer, helping work cattle on the ranch, or riding her Harley discovering the lesser travelled paths of North Texas and beyond.

Tanci’s adventurous spirit coupled with her can do attitude is sure to be an advantage to clients looking to buy or sell property.
