I have been in Property Management since 1982, beginning as a Leasing Agent in multi-family. I was promoted to Assistant Manager, and also Manager. I was later promoted to District Manager, then Regional Manager with a national multi-family management company. I have been a Realtor since 1991, while also in property management. In 2006, I established my own Property Management Company and I have been a Real Estate Broker since 2012. I specialize in leasing, sales and management of single family homes and small multi-family properties. I also have experience and training in short sales and helping homeowners avoid foreclosure.
