He has been brokering, buying, selling, and investing in prime properties for over 35 years. He has personally invested in land ventures that have sold for more than $20 Million and co-brokered single transactions in excess of $75 Million. He truly understands the business of real estate.

Stephen Hogue is a proud native Texan with more than 35 years of experience as a successful real estate broker, investor, and founder of several multi-million dollar companies. One of his companies was previously named to the Dallas 100 by the SMU Cox School of Business and the Caruth Institute for Entrepreneurship as one of the 100 fastest growing companies in Dallas.
As a former Managing Principal of an investment firm that owned, bred, and raced Thoroughbreds throughout the U.S., Steve is uniquely qualified to assist clients who wish to sell, purchase, or invest in luxury ranches, luxury horse properties, equestrian estates, or equine breeding and training facilities.
He is a Lifetime Sponsor Member of the Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association and a Member of the Churchill Downs Racing Club in Louisville, KY.
Steve is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Texas Christian University and a former Wharton Fellow at the prestigious Wharton School of Business.
An avid shooting sports enthusiast and Thoroughbred racing fan, he is also an active member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers, Texas Land Brokers Network, Texas Association of Realtors®, National Association of Realtors®, Texas Thoroughbred Association, American Quarter Horse Association, and the Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
