Licensed and very active in the Lubbock area real estate market since 1984. Tim has been elected the Lubbock “Realtor of the Year”, KCBD’s “Best of the West Realtor”, has served in all local positions of the Association from Committee member to President and Chairman of the Board. Tim also serves the community as a Board member of the Texas Boys Ranch, a committee Chair for the Children’s Home of Lubbock, and is an appointed member of the Commissioner’s Court for the County of Lubbock, which mediates real estate issues for Private Properties owners vs. the County, State, City and Utility Companies.
