About Me
Jennifer’s love of real estate began as a young child. Her extended family all worked in different areas of real estate. She grew up watching her uncle building amazing houses and subdivisions, and her aunts working as an interior decorators. Jennifer and her husband got their first investment property over 10 years ago in Corpus Christi Tx. In 2014, Jennifer and Ben moved back to her hometown Dalhart Texas. In the past 9 years in Dalhart Jennifer and Ben has started their own Rental ; Flip Business, Faith Rentals & Rehabs LLC. They have several rental properties in the surrounding areas. Jennifer has been working at the local tax office since 2017 where she learned all the ins & outs of the Texas Property Tax Code, and uses this knowledge to help her clients navigate the learning curve new homeowners face. Jennifer loves helping people even more then she loves real estate, and helping people achieve their dreams is the best job she could ever ask for!
