I spent over 20 years bringing structure to complex environments—first in Montessori education as a teacher, trainer, and administrator. Today, I apply that same approach to real estate transactions.
Before a home goes to market, I work with sellers to create a clear plan—advising on design and renovation decisions, staging, curb appeal, and generating early momentum through targeted pre-market and social exposure.
Once under contract, I stay closely involved. I manage inspections, coordinate vendors, and address issues early, while maintaining strong communication with all parties—lenders, agents, brokers, inspectors, and contractors—to keep everything aligned and moving forward.
It’s a steady, process-driven approach designed to keep transactions on track, protect my clients’ interests, and give referring partners confidence from start to finish.

Born in Austin, Michelle was raised in Arlington and has lived in different parts of Dallas, Lewisville, Ft. Worth, Arlington, and McKinney for over 50 years. She knows the metroplex back and forth.
Michelle has 3 adult children she adores! Loves to garden, read, yoga, cooking and spending time with friends and family
Michelle’s family have been Texans for many generations and even has counties named after them – Hudspech and Sutton! Michelle loves Texas and wants to help you find your roots here too!
