About Me
Hello, my name is Micky Petersen, I speak fluently English, Spanish and German. My passion is Mechanical Engineering, Sales and helping my clients reach their goals. My other passion is to work with my hands; before the Engineering bug bit me I was going to be an Architect. I am a perfectionist.
When I bought my first fixer-upper home in 1987 in The Woodlands, Texas, I did all the work in it since I did not have the extra money to pay a contractor. I did my own electrical, plumbing, framing, sheetrock, plastering, painting, flooring, tiling, woodwork, countertop, wood decking, fencing, sprinkler system projects just to name a few. Since then, I have owned thirteen properties so far to either live in or as an investment and all were remodeled lightly or intensively. In late 2020 I set up The Petersen Group Real Estate Rehab to use my years of experience in fixing and remodeling homes and this is what lead me to getting my Realtor license.
