Chris has been renovating houses since 2016 and earned his real estate license in 2018. Drawing from his hands-on investment experience, he works closely with investor clients on listings and property acquisitions, while also guiding families and individual buyers and sellers through their personal transactions.
He enjoys helping clients of all ages—whether they’re upgrading, downsizing, or finding their next home. Chris brings a practical, hands-on approach to every deal and is always ready to work hard alongside his clients.
About Me
Chris was born and raised in Buffalo, NY, where he picked up a hammer early and never put it down. After carpentry training, six years in the Army National Guard, and time as a federal law enforcement agent, he found his true calling in real estate.
In 2016 he and his brother started flipping homes the old-fashioned way. By 2018, Chris had moved to Texas, earned his license, and jumped fully into the industry. Since then he’s completed over 120 transactions and dozens of renovations.
Now settled in Temple with his wife and two daughters, Polly and Mildred, Chris is a proud local homebody who loves creating spaces worth staying in. Guided by his faith, he’s committed to helping buyers, sellers, and investors in the Temple area.
