About Me
Tanya began her career in Life Insurance and Property Preservation for foreclosed properties in 2008 and quickly grew her passion for educating individuals on the importance of taking care of their families while simultaneously helping the banks navigate the foreclosure bust.
Throughout her time in Property Preservation, she worked in various departments and became an expert in ways to cost effectively preserve a property and turn it into an investment for her clients. Eventually, Tanya’s knowledge led her to being promoted to an account manager where she began working with private investors and managing their properties.
Over the years, Tanya’s devotion to building relationships and hearing what the needs of her clients are has built a tremendous level of trust, and her clients continue to seek advice from Tanya regarding their investments. Recently, her passion for delivering quality service led Tanya to the decision to take her expertise and love for helping families a step further, and she obtained her real estate license. As a homeowner herself, Tanya knows that the process of buying or selling can often be demanding, so she enjoys helping people navigate one of the most important transactions of their lives.
Tanya’s motto, “when you become a client you become family,” says it all- her service and love for helping families find their dream home during different phases of life is a life long commitment. Tanya is particularly passionate about the smaller cities that surround Austin and loves sharing her knowledge about these communities where you can trust your neighbor, education is number one, and small businesses are the attraction of the town.
As a native Austinite and mother, Tanya is passionate about Texas being the perfect place to raise a family and helping others discover just that for their own families. Tanya grew up in South Austin and in 2011 moved to Pflugerville where she met her husband, and they have enjoyed raising their 3 boys in an exceptional school district. She enjoys volunteering in her community and is a member of the Friends of Weiss board, which provides support for teachers and students in need. In her spare time, you will find Tanya vintage shopping at local boutiques and supporting other local businesses. You will also catch her proudly cheering on her son’s sports teams- the Weiss Wolves during football season and the Round Rock baseball league.
