I have been very fortunate in my Real Estate career to benefit from great Commercial RE Mentors who taught me the ins and outs of Commercial Real Estate. In addition to Commercial RE I also practice in the Residential Real Estate space in the Dallas Fort Worth Area and in the Texas Triangle (4 Cities in Texas – Houston, Dallas FortWorth, Austin and San Antonio) in both Commercial as well as Residential Real Estate.

In Commercial Real Estate, I am hold my membership at NTCAR – North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors which is the main Association of Commercial Realtors in the Dallas Fort Worth Region.

I enjoy assisting families and Businesses navigate the complex Commercial environment and I focus assisting Tenants, Investors, Buyers, and Owners of Commercial Real Estate saving them valuable time, money, effort, and advising clients thus preventing clients from the high cost of making wrong real estate decisions. Whether you are renewing or relocating your lease space, purchasing commercial investment property or land, or need to lease vacancies in the property you currently own, I will utilize my previous experience, market knowledge, and state of the art tools and data that will result in bottom line dollars earned, or saved. About Me

I am a Real Estate Professional who truly loves what I do. As a young boy, I spent time with my dad visiting construction sites inspecting the progress of his Real Estate investments. When I transitioned to college I studied Construction Management at Northlake Community College and Texas A&M University Commerce before eventually deciding to become a Realtor. Real Estate development intrigued me and the thought of settling families drove my passion to get involved in Real Estate. I interned with a CCIM instructor in the Dallas Fort worth area while still being involved in Residential RE picking up skills in both sides of the business. As a lifelong learner, I continually sharpen my skills through training and I am currently studying for my CCIM designation. My passion is to continually provide exemplary service to my clients (buyers, sellers, renters and investors) and this has paid off handsomely by the numerous referrals I have seen while making lifelong personal, business and corporate friendships in the process. My intention is to practice Real Estate for the rest of my life because I enjoy making a positive difference in my clients lives as I make their dreams and aspirations come true.
