About Me
Juan de Dios Garcia, JD, was born in Mexico and was raised in Dallas, Texas from childhood. He comes from a background of 18 years in Education Operations and brings an understanding of what a high level of customer service should be as well as the importance of family unity to bear when working with his real estate clients.
JD attended the University of North Texas at Dallas and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, his skills in negotiations and mediation give him a unique insight into how to keep his client’s best interest to achieve the ultimate goal of a successful and satisfactory deal. His entrepreneurial endeavors have also earned real-life experience in concierge services from past businesses that make him uniquely suited to serve real estate buyers and sellers.
JD had always been fascinated with Real Estate, but it was only after his wife and he purchased their first home in 2016 that he seriously considered entering the Real Estate world. His agent at the time and his first mentor really opened the veil to the idea of being an agent himself as he exhibited what great service and patience were to someone new to the home-buying experience. JD loved the idea of being able to help others with the same, if not higher, level of service his agent provided him and his wife. Fast forward two years after in 2018 and JD became a part-time agent. The idea of being able to transition to a full-time agency one day and take advantage of being his own boss and provide better for his family is just another reason why Real Estate is his preferred choice for his future.
JD is married and lives in Forney, TX. with his has two children under 4 years old and their family pet, a Shih Tzu and Yorkie mix dog named Elvis. He spends his free time traveling, working on projects around the house, spending time with extended family, and gardening. He speaks Spanish and English fluently and is ready to serve your Real Estate needs today!
