About Me

Hi. My name is Jeff.

Even if your property you are selling or looking for is not a unique situation, you can trust that you will be treated like it is, because my clients are special to me and are life long associations. I may be helping you with real estate but you personally, are my first priority. Isn’t that how it always should be?

My background is in education and performance with multiple, double-emphasis university degrees (4 to be exact). I have professionally taught various subjects and classes to everyone from pre-K through college to returning adult and geriatric learners in public schools, universities and continuing education facilities. I have also helped individuals and complete offices of brokers and realtors learn current and new skills as a realtor educator. I am married to a broker associate & realty school educator as well.

I have been working in the Houston real estate market as the go-to guy when a property is not selling as it should and especially when a creative touch is needed. I have been selling homes from investment properties to high end homes and commercial properties for about 7 years now.

This includes over 17,000 professional and industry followers who will see your property before it even hits the local MLS. As a designer in the local, national and international real estate industry, I am proud of the business and reputation I have built over the years as a content creator of videos, photography and the creation of communications software, realty websites and media for realty and other business industries.

I am as far from a “List It & Leave It” realtor as can possibly be.

As a buyers agent I represent your best interests, instead of the owners interest. My services are free for buyers. I know the perfect property you are searching for, may not currently be on the local MLS list… yet, but I do have a second sense for finding them first so you will have first selection. I take great joy in connecting buyers and sellers with each other.

As a lease finder, I know it is hard to find the right location and situation for you or your business every time. I can help facilitate the connection of what is available and help you get selected and moved into the best lease.
