Toxie Beavers is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in various industries. Born and raised in Texas, he has been a proud resident of North Texas since 1972. Toxie’s journey began at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, where he pursued his passion for both academics and athletics. As a student athlete, he successfully balanced his studies with his commitment to his sports team, while earning his degree from the prestigious SMU Cox School of Business in Business Administration.
Following his graduation, Toxie embarked on a successful career in the Oil and Gas Industry, which lasted for 16 fruitful years. During this time, he honed his skills and knowledge, eventually rising to the position of Executive Vice President at a prominent Dallas Independent oil producer. Toxie then decided to pursue his passion for ranching full-time.
With over 40 years of experience in ranching and equine operations, Toxie became a respected figure in the community. Cultivating a wealth of hands-on experience in cow calf operations, spanning from West to North Texas.
In the equine industry, Toxie’s expertise extends to showing and breeding operations. Equine activities led to the production of numerous World Champion horses in both Halter and Performance categories, showcasing a commitment to excellence as an owner, breeder, and exhibitor

About Me

My commitment to you is to do my very best utilizing my experience, skills and abilities to accomplish your real estate goals! I am a lifelong Texas resident with over 40 years’ in ranching and equine operations experience. Following graduation from SMU I established a 16 year career with a large Dallas Independent oil producer. I left the corporate world as an executive and moved to the ranch full time. Having lived it, I understanding the complexities of ranches and ranch ownership not only pertaining to the surface but with regard to minerals as well. My hands on experience includes cow calf operations spanning from West to North Texas. My equine showing and breeding operations produced many World Champion horses as breeder, owner and exhibitor. When the Corriente breeding stock were allowed to enter the US I added Registered Corriente cattle to my commercial cattle operations. Having grown on the Texas Gulf Coast I have a unique insight in that Texas area. My clients are assured of professional, experienced and knowledgeable representation when buying or selling ranches and rural properties of any size in TEXAS!
