About Me
Jim joined Anders Ranch Realty after achieving the goal of earning the elite Accredited Land Consultant® designation from the REALTORS® Land Institute, joining less than 500 ALCs around the globe. Jim specializes in ranch, recreational, farm, 1031 Tax Deferred, and luxury residential transactions. Jim has the knowledge, skills, and desire to help others achieve their dream of owning a part of the beautiful Texas Hill Country. He and his wife Jeanne live in Fredericksburg and have eight children and twelve grandchildren. Jim graduated from Bellaire High School in Bellaire, Texas and attended Texas A&M University. Jim is a member of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers , Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association, and serves on the City of Fredericksburg Planning and Zoning Commission. Jim is a Graduate of the REALTORS® Institute, a Texas Water Rights Specialist, a Certified Military Relocation Professional, a Texas Affordable Housing Specialist, and a Veterans Land Board Real Estate Professional. He serves clients in the Texas Hill Country, and all around the great state of Texas.
