Lute Sullins is an accomplished real estate agent and owner of Tejas Real Estate in Gatesville. He offers clients a seasoned knowledge of the Central Texas real estate market, and an intimate understanding of what makes this area so special and unique. Lute serves buyers and sellers in all areas of Coryell County. He specializes in residential, land, and farm/ranch sales. His exceptional knowledge of the market, coupled with his experience in having sold a total over 80 transactions in just over three years in real estate throughout the area, makes Lute the unequivocal go-to resource for all your real estate needs.
These achievements have helped Lute earn prestigious memberships and served in various positions; such as Vice President, Gatesville Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and as Governor, Association of the United States Army. Currently, Board Member of the following associations; Fort Hood Area Habitat for Humanity, Gatesville Planning and Zoning Commission, and Gatesville Lions Club. Prior to joining the world of real estate, Lute worked previously in the banking industry. However, his true passion is the real estate field with his natural ability to negotiate through diplomacy, diligence and integrity.
Lute holds a Bachelor’s degree in finance from Tarleton State University, Graduate of the Realtor Institute, Military Relocation Professional, graduate of the Leadership Program of Coryell County, and one out of ten graduated for the 2018 Leadership Central Texas Program. When Lute is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family, wife, Kristen and son Grant. He also enjoys golfing, and piddling around on the farm.
